Morel Soundspot™ SP3 (pair) - reference quality satellite speakers
The SoundSpot™ SP-3 steel is Morel's flagship Satellite speaker. It produces hi-fi performance, even without a subwoofer, and could easily be mistaken for a high-end floor-stander. It can be mounted on the wall or ceiling. There is even an optional speaker cradle if you require a designer look (please see the last three images)!
Advanced metal processing and design allow the SP-3 to be both strong and light weight, with an enclosure constructed of a special 1mm thick steel to maximise the internal volume. A special port has been designed in order to extend bass frequencies. The tailored drive unit was specifically tuned to work in a relatively small enclosure whilst still producing a unusually high level of undistorted bass output.
The unusually high sensitivity means that it does not need high power amplifiers to generate volume. However, its high power handling means that a 90W amplifier can deliver very high levels of sound compared to traditional satellite speakers.
