A True High Definition Home

The Client is a senior IT Consultant in the City and he knows his stuff.  So naturally he wanted 'state of the art' with the ability to switch any input to any room in the house.  The inputs include a Kaleidescape Music and Movie Jukebox, Blu-ray DVD players, multiple SkyHD players with the option to add up to a total of eight HD inputs as and when required.

Conveniently the house was due for decoration, so we put in our own electrical team to completely rewire the house for HD, with all that was visible in the room was a neat polished chrome wall plate in each room for connections.

The TV Room features an integrated TV cabinet built around the current top of the range 50 inch Pioneer Plasma Monitor.  

The elegant walnut TV Cabinet was designed by the client and then custom built by our Carpentry team.

The children’s bedrooms all have iPOD docking stations, so that they can play their own music as well as access the shared central digital music library.

Simplicity of operation was also a key factor - we pride ourselves on the ease of use of our wireless remotes which anyone can pick up and use within seconds - it's all a matter of the right programming.

Finally, there is a door entry/camera system on every floor, together with a sophisticated phone/internal intercom system - as there are four floors - and screaming or running upstairs for the kids to come down for Dinner was a complete no, no!!!
