Can I buy the hardware only and fit it myself?
Yes!

What is the approximate cost for installation and system configuration?
Please call us to arrange a confidential site visit. We provide a comprehensive up-front service that can only come from meeting you face to face and seeing your home and drawings. From this visit, we will produce a solution which is within your budget, together with a detailed equipment ITEMISED proposal for you to refine further with us. There is a nominal charge of £250 + VAT for this service (typically about a day of work in total, including a two hour site visit), which is fully refunded should you wish to proceed with us.

This should ideally be carried out PRIOR to redecoration, in order to minimise costs in cable routing. Money and time invested at this stage will ensure that the core AV/IT/telecomms cabling infrastructure put in place early on, is not only relatively recession proof, but will also add value to the property from the outset.

Can I buy these products elsewhere?
Many of the products quoted are either specially designed for us or we have the UK exclusive Distribution rights for items such as the hanging screens, Morel loudspeakers etc.

We provide crib sheets on all aspects of using the installation, so when your Mother-In-Law comes to visit, you can have complete peace of mind that a) she won't wreck your system b) find out she's accidentally deleted your entire collection of "Band of Brothers" over the weekend that she looked after the kids!

What are your Warranty terms?
All hardware is covered by the manufacturers' standard 12 months warranty. If you purchase a turnkey system from us, we provide an on-site support contract for a year covering any problems, hardware repair (or swap out if necessary), software updates and "system tweaking".
